I get asked ALL the time about how I actually started my company. When I was first starting out in my career, I was incredibly business driven and focused most of my time ensuring that my business was succeeding. During this time someone told me that the three most important things in life are time, meaning, and value. This stuck with me for years. Over time, and as I’ve grown into the Boss Doll™ I am today, I’ve altered this notion to fit my everyday life. I personally break it down into time, love and health.

When I start any project or onboard a new client, I always pray that God shines light on where time, love, and health fits into the equation. I consider time by acknowledging the time needed for each project or service, and coordinating with my team and the brand/client. Next, I consider love. Is this a client, service or product that I’m in love with and fully support? Most of the time the answer is “DUH!” because my clients are absolute Dolls! My team always hears me say this, “I built my business on love—to serve clients that I love—with #theprdolls that I love.” Truly, it is the core of my business! And lastly, health. Am I able to create content that encourages meaningful and stimulating conversations for a client? I strive to produce content that is uplifting because I’m a firm believer that the energy you put into the world comes back to you tenfold!

Finding brands that endorse a positive and healthy lifestyle is like icing on the cake!
