Working On My Fitness

All this quarantine has made me a bit stir crazy, Dolls!  Anyone else with me?!  Luckily, Costa and I recently invested in the new workout Mirror and I am LOVING it!  From strength training and yoga to barre and boxing, the workouts available on the Mirror are endless!  I am obsessed with the sleek and seamless design of the Mirror.  The best part?!  There are trainers that walk you through each workout!  It’s like having a personal trainer right here in my house whenever I need them!  If you’re anything like me, a trainer or a coach is always the best motivator during a workout.  This addition to our home gym has also made it so easy for me to enjoy my favorite workout, hot yoga!

At the end of a long work day, hot yoga is just what I need to relax.  I love to dim the lights, raise the heat, and sweat my stresses away.  Yoga helps me to recenter my mind and focus on the things I need to do.  The gym has become my own little sanctuary where I can shut out the “noise" and find my center.  With so much happening in the world, it can be hard to escape your own thoughts.  With the help of my workouts, I’ve been able to find peace in all this mess.  

I am so excited to continue exploring all of the workout options on the Mirror.  I think I’m going to try one of the Arms & Abs workouts next!  Who else has been sweating it out at home?!  I’d love to hear what you Dolls have been doing to stay active and healthy!
