What Does Your Business Card Say About You?

Even though we don’t want to judge a book by its cover, it’s an unfortunate habit that we often have. It’s beneficial to your elevator pitch, to have a tangible product that the potential client can use as a visual aid to associate with your brand! When you’re offering a service you need to paint a picture in a client’s brain, which isn’t always easy. And a business card does just that, it’s the perfect branding tool! My go-to line is “It’s what I do, I elevate brands!”

So for POSH PR®, all of the #theprdolls have a sophisticated card to help close a perfect introduction. The potential new client can instantly feel the luxury we represent because of the double thick card and gold foil printed font. I am a firm believer that business cards can also enhance your company’s credibility and professionalism!

As I was growing my business and even still to this day, I’d always carry at least ten business cards on me each time I’d leave the house. I swear there’s a power to leaving your house with a handful of business cards knowing there will always be a chance that you’re going to need one. In fact, it’s become a bit of a fear of mine to not have a card on me when meeting potential clients!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not actively searching for people to talk to my business about… it sort of just happens! Costa isn’t that way at all, and he always joke that he’ll turn around for just a moment and I’m talking to eight people at one time. I would say it’s a talent but honestly, I just love talking to people and hearing what they’re passionate about! Most of the time, I even carry Costa’s business cards, just in case!

So Dolls, don’t be afraid to really invest in yourself and create a business card that properly and effectively represents your brand! There are so many unique variations of scripts, designs and geometric shapes to use so don’t be afraid to think outside of the box!
